Regulatory framework
SPMD processes personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, where its territorial scope applies, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data collected
The quote form may collect your identity, company, contact details, requirement description and a technical file. The application form may collect your identity, contact details, location, experience, software used, professional links, message and CV. Required data is identified in each form.
Purpose and legal basis
Enquiry data is used to assess your requirement, contact you and prepare a technical or commercial response. Application data is used solely to assess your fit with current or upcoming project needs and contact you about relevant opportunities. Processing is based, as applicable, on your pre-contractual request and the consent expressed when submitting the form.
Access, security and retention
Access to enquiries, applications, CVs and submitted files is limited to authorised SPMD personnel. Information is kept for the time needed to process and follow up the enquiry or application, then deleted or archived according to applicable obligations.
