Engineer
Feasibility, concept, detailed and execution design.

ESO · Nearshore mechanical engineering · Casablanca
From Casablanca, SPMD offers remote mechanical-engineering support to engineering offices, machine builders and industrial integrators. The offer covers native 3D CAD, ISO GPS manufacturing drawings, analytical calculations, FEA simulation, substantiation notes and technical documentation, aligned with your tools, standards and approval gates.

DESIGN → SIMULATE → DELIVER
A flexible extension of your engineering office for peak workload, schedule pressure or a focused technical need.
You retain project control and technical decisions. The proposed service is aligned with your standards, tools and approval process, under the SPMD name or as white-label support under an NDA.
Feasibility, concept, detailed and execution design.
3D CAD and complete definition package.
Risk assessment, manuals and CE technical file.
Mechanical calculations, FEA and substantiation notes.
SPMD structures a major ESO assignment as a reviewable engineering chain. Every gate produces a concrete output before the next level of definition begins.
The exact path is adapted to the assigned scope: a complete engineering package, a CAD-definition package or a calculation and substantiation package.

The model consolidates interfaces, motion, access and envelopes before drawing production.

Calculation assumptions and results are linked to requirements, load cases and selected criteria.

The 2D definition converts the approved design into usable drawings, dimensions, BOMs and documents.
This timeline describes an engineering work package delivered remotely. Manufacturing, assembly, site integration and commissioning belong to SPMD’s separate turnkey offer when they are expressly included in the contract.
Add temporary production capacity without disrupting the internal team.
Address a clearly bounded package to reduce a design, calculation or drawing backlog.
Mobilise CAD, ISO GPS, mechanical calculation or FEA capability for a specific need.
Structure the drawings, notes, bills of materials and manuals required for handover.
The collaboration model is selected according to the level of definition, duration and technical responsibility of the assignment.
A limited first scope to validate communication, formats, standards and the expected quality level.
Inputs, deliverables, interfaces, milestones and responsibilities defined before work starts.
Remote capacity coordinated with your technical lead and aligned with your approval process.
Each proposed work package is scoped around tangible outputs that your engineering team can review, approve and reintegrate.
01SPMD can deliver an engineering work package from feasibility through execution design: review of input data, alternatives, mechanical architecture, interfaces, technical selections and substantiation of the retained solution.
Expected deliverables
02From the specification, customer standards or an existing package, SPMD builds the CAD definition and prepares the documents required for integration, assembly and manufacturing.
Expected deliverables
03For machinery intended for the European market, SPMD prepares the agreed technical elements of the conformity file, from risk assessment through manuals and verification evidence.
Expected deliverables
04SPMD formalises assumptions, builds load cases, sizes components and verifies mechanical strength through analytical calculation or FEA, documented in a traceable substantiation note.
Expected deliverablesRequirements, inputs, interfaces, deliverables and schedule.
Work to your standards, templates, CAD rules and validation process.
Short progress reviews, traceable assumptions and internal checks before each issue.
Native files and PDFs, clearly identified revisions and a package ready for reintegration.
These principles form the proposed operating basis. Their exact application is agreed at project start according to your tools, information-security requirements and contractual framework.
Confidentiality agreed before data is exchanged.
Revisions, assumptions and comments kept traceable.
Internal review planned before each technical issue.
Project-folder access limited to people assigned to the scope.
Work can follow your templates, CAD rules and document tools.
Structured handover with native files, PDFs and a revision register.
The published projects illustrate SPMD's design, calculation, drawing and documentation methods. They are presented as evidence of technical capability, independently of the commercial framework of future ESO assignments. Customer names, title blocks, business references and sensitive data are removed.

Nearshore collaboration, EN/ISO references and CE-file support when required by the scope.
Remote work packages aligned with the contractual and technical standards specified by the customer.
Industrial engineering support aligned with project specifications and the standards selected by the customer.
SPMD prepares the agreed engineering and technical-file elements. Final conformity assessment, declaration and signature remain with the manufacturer or the entity placing the machine on the European market, unless SPMD is contractually identified as the manufacturer.
